PEAK TIME GARAGE
Promoter Programme Terms
These terms govern registration, referral tracking, commissions and payouts in the Peak Time Garage promoter programme.
Last updated: 22 September 2026
1. Joining the programme
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to agree to these terms, and provide accurate registration information. After registering and verifying your email, an eligible account activates automatically without manual approval.
Participation is non-exclusive. You act as an independent promoter, not an employee, partner, agent or representative authorised to bind PTG. We do not guarantee clicks, sales, commission or any level of income.
2. Promoter links, promoter codes and attribution
Your dashboard supplies a unique promoter link and promoter code. A valid link sets a signed referral cookie for up to 60 days. If the cookie is unavailable, PTG may use a keyed IP hash to attribute a checkout where only one promoter link was recorded for that visitor during the previous seven days. A valid promoter code entered at checkout overrides link and IP attribution.
Attribution may not carry between devices, browsers, private modes, cleared storage, changed networks or blocked technologies. PTG will use the records in its systems to decide attribution reasonably and in good faith. An invalid, suspended or unapproved code earns no commission.
3. Customer discount
An attributed customer currently receives 10% off eligible paid PTG products. Free products do not create commission. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and may not combine with other offers unless PTG expressly allows it. PTG may change or end a promotion prospectively and will update the programme information when it does.
4. Commission rates
Commission is calculated in GBP on the amount actually paid for the eligible product after the promoter discount, before any later refund or dispute adjustment. The automatic tiers are:
- 15% from £0 in generated eligible revenue;
- 20% from £1,000;
- 25% from £5,000; and
- 30% from £15,000.
The rate recorded for an order is the applicable rate when that order is fulfilled. A separately agreed custom rate may replace the automatic rate. Rounding is to the nearest penny.
5. Eligible and ineligible activity
Commission is earned only on a genuine, completed and fulfilled PTG order correctly attributed to your active account. You must not:
- refer yourself or arrange circular, duplicate, fraudulent or sham orders;
- stuff cookies, force redirects, use adware, conceal a destination or interfere with another promoter's attribution;
- place your code on coupon, voucher or deal sites without written approval;
- bid on PTG names or misspellings in paid search, register confusing domains or impersonate PTG;
- send spam, scrape contact details, make false claims, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or
- purchase through your own code or use incentives not approved by PTG.
PTG may withhold, reverse or remove commission connected with prohibited or erroneous activity and may request reasonable evidence before resolving a disputed attribution.
6. Advertising disclosure and conduct
Whenever you promote PTG, clearly disclose that the content is advertising and that you may earn commission. The disclosure must be obvious, prominent and upfront, using wording appropriate to the platform such as "Ad", "Affiliate" or "I earn commission from this link". A promoter code on its own is not enough.
Your content must be honest, accurate, lawful and consistent with the rules of the platform and the advertising laws and codes applying to you and your audience. Do not claim a result or product feature that PTG has not confirmed.
7. Promo content and brand use
PTG grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use published programme assets only to promote PTG while your account is active. Do not alter a logo in a misleading way, claim ownership, grant the assets to someone else, or imply that you are PTG. Stop using the assets when requested or when participation ends.
8. Holds, reversals and payouts
A new promoter has an initial seven-day payout waiting period. Each commission entry is held for at least three days. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, duplicate orders, fraud and calculation errors may reverse all or part of a commission, including after it first appeared in the dashboard. A negative adjustment may be carried against future earnings where permitted by law.
The payout minimum is £50 in available commission. Eligible balances roll forward, and payouts are processed weekly after earnings have cleared. Payments are normally sent within seven business days of becoming eligible. Processing times may vary because of Stripe, Wise, banking delays, refunds, disputes or account verification. Payouts are currently arranged manually through a supported bank or money-transfer method. You must provide accurate requested payout details. Bank, intermediary and currency-conversion fees outside PTG's control may affect the amount ultimately received.
9. Tax
You are responsible for declaring promoter income and meeting tax, registration, invoicing and record-keeping obligations that apply to you. PTG may request tax or identity information and make deductions or reports where legally required. Nothing in these terms is tax advice.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop promoting PTG at any time. PTG may suspend an account, freeze earnings or terminate participation for breach, fraud, legal or reputational risk, security concerns, or discontinuation of the programme. Subject to reversals, fraud review, legal deductions and the minimum threshold, valid commission earned before termination remains payable. Prohibited or fraudulent commission is not payable.
11. Privacy and programme records
The Privacy Policyexplains the promoter, referral, device, consent and payout information PTG processes. Programme records and the commission ledger are the primary evidence for calculations, subject to correction of a proven error.
12. Changes and contact
PTG may update these terms prospectively when the programme, law or payment arrangements change. Material changes will be made available in the programme or during registration, and we may require acceptance of a new version before continued participation.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Contact info@peaktimegarage.comwith programme, attribution or payout questions.
